I had the lovely honour of sitting down with Claire Suellentrop (former Director of Marketing at Calendly) in Las Vegas to talk about Onboarding, Activation and Retention.
Over the span of about an hour and a half, we essentially polished off a bottle of bourbon and talked about lots of things including:
